Reisolus is the creator of the world and is responsible for the continuation of existence. In many cultures he is the supreme deity, but in some he is worshipped on a level equal to that of the Four Winds. He is depicted as a mature man in kingly attire, appropriate to the location, with a crown on his head and either a wheel at his feet or a spindle and distaff in his hands. In cultures in which he is not worshipped as the supreme deity, he is the patron of kings, the nobility, fathers, scholars, falconers, fishermen, textile-workers, and the sky.
